Given a brief to seat at least 25 people, provide a coffee and service area at the front of the shop, design an open plan kitchen showcasing the char-grill and allow for a frenetic lunch-time trade was difficult enough. Squeezing it all into a quirky 38sqm area spread over two levels, provided more problems to find solutions for.
